Standard Shipping within Bangladesh:
- Delivery takes 2-4 business days.
- Complimentary shipping on all orders above BDT 10,000.
International Shipping:
- We offer worldwide express shipping via DHL.
- Delivery times vary between 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
- Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the delicate nature of luxury fragrances, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The fragrance must be completely unused, sealed, and in its original pristine packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to hygiene and quality control standards.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
